Bonita Springs, More Than Your Usual Beach Town

Take a visit to Bonita Springs, Florida; gulf coast beaches and attractions aplenty. Bonita Springs is a beach goer’s haven. Head over to Lovers Key State Park, just north of Bonita where swimming and kayaking are as popular as breathing. There’s even the possibility of seeing dolphins on your kayak trip or walk around the park. Lovers Key is named after the remoteness of the area. Lovers Key, being an island only couples would seek out; due to the difficulties arriving and the privacy. Not to mention the natural beauty of this island area with 3 separate islands.

If beaches aren’t your thing; take a welcome respite from the culture of beach bums and surfer dudes to Wonder Gardens. Wonder Gardens acts in part as a zoo, and part as a plant observatory. This attraction is a representation of old Florida; the owners have dedicated time and effort to preserve this garden authentic to the past. Although, a small zoo there is a plethora of animals you’re allowed to feed. Bring the kids, and make a day trip the family won’t forget.

Once being in Bonita Springs, FL I realize it’s a place where anybody would enjoy themselves.
